Terms of Use

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms set out the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between Korea Agro Co., Ltd. ("the Company") and users regarding the use of services provided on the website (agrokorea.net, "the Site").

Article 2 (Definitions)

• "Site" means the website operated by the Company to provide information about its products and services.
• "User" means any visitor who uses the services provided by the Site under these Terms.
• "Content" means all information posted on the Site, including text, images, product information, and materials.

Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of Terms)

• These Terms take effect when posted on the Site.
• The Company may amend these Terms within the limits of applicable law and will announce the effective date and reason on the Site.

Article 4 (Provision of Services)

The Company provides the following services through the Site:

• Information about the Company and its products (feed additives, probiotics, vaccines, etc.)
• Receipt and consultation of inquiries regarding product supply, technical cooperation, and partnerships
• Links to the official online store and related brand sites

Article 5 (Suspension of Services)

The Company may temporarily suspend services in the event of system maintenance, replacement, breakdown, communication failure, or force majeure such as natural disasters, and will provide notice before or after such suspension.

Article 6 (User Obligations)

Users must not engage in the following:

• Misappropriating others' information or registering false information
• Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of Content posted by the Company
• Interfering with Site operation or causing failures in the information network
• Acts that violate applicable laws or public order and morals

Article 7 (Copyright and Intellectual Property)

Article 9 (Limitation of Liability)

• The Company strives for the accuracy and reliability of information posted on the Site but is not liable for damages arising from the use of such information, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
• The Company is not responsible for information or transactions obtained on external sites (brand sites, SmartStore, etc.) linked from the Site.

Article 10 (Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction)

Any dispute between the Company and a user regarding these Terms shall be resolved through mutual consultation in principle. If no agreement is reached, applicable laws and commercial practice shall govern, and any lawsuit shall be filed with the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act.
